HobbyKing 250 GT

Recently I started having problems with my current micro CP helicopter. I was fed up with it, so I ordered a HobbyKing 250 GT kit. It arrive in the mail the other day, and it is such a nice helicopter. It is all carbon fibre and machined aluminum. I got it almost all built last night, and I can't wait to finish it and get it flying. Here are some pictures from the HK website:

New Losi 8ight

A few days ago I purchased a Losi 8ight e buggy. It was very nice. I put it all together and took it for a run on the local RC track. It has amazing handling and is so fast compared to short course trucks! Pictures and videos coming soon.

Last week I was at the RC car track with some of my friends and I decided to try flying my quadcopter around and filming them driving. Here is the video I got, and I hope to get some more soon.

Keychain Camera

I just recently got a Micro Keychain camera off of eBay, because I wanted to have a lighter camera that I could put on my rc things. I figured that I could get more realistic footage to how the planes/quadcopter flies because it would have less weight on it. Here is a picture of how small it is and a sample video that I shot from my quadcopter:

Quadcopter Aerial Videos!

After I got all of the vibration issues under control with my quadcopter, I made some longer landing gear and put my Gopro on the bottom of the quadcopter. On the first flight I have vibration issues, because I took off the support for the arms so they flexed and amplified vibrations. After I put them back on, the quadcopter flew well. Here are the videos I have made so far and some pictures of how the camera is mounted.

I got all of the vibration issues ironed out and now the quadcopter is flying nicely. Here is a video:

The quadcopter finally flies. I got the gyro fixed and it works!
